IMPORTANCE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN OUR DAILY LIFE

         Today we cannot expect our life without science and technology revolving around it every single second ! Science and technology are extremely essential in our life as they have made things more simple, fast and secured.
         Science and technology are both closely related terms. Scientific studies & progress result into wonderful technologies!Science technologiesare not only subjects. Rather they are the means that provide us with ways and objects that help us live a better life !
           While science is the study of entire universe from the cellular level to the highest level, technology is the application arising from science ! Hence, we need both of them in our life. Thus science works better and keep progressing when technology keeps on supporting it.
           Almost everything that we see around us is the gift of science and technology. Be it the smartphones, fan, wheel, vehicles, clothes, radio, television, laptops etc., everything is the result of science and technology. It help us save time & money, Education, Internet, provides us devices for comfortable sleeping, quick cooking and fast commute, it help us live better life.
            Undoubtedly, science and technology have made our life easier and faster. We should always hope, make an effort and ensure that the invensions and discoveries in these fields are always used for the benefit of entire human race! Henceforth, with the help of science and technology, let's make world a better place, for you, me & the entire human race !

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

This proverb means that we should be careful about our health. If we take certain steps, we shall save ourselves from falling ill. We should go out for a walk, take excercise, should not over-eat and should sleep in time. Falling ill is a curse. We have to roll helplessly in the bed. Even after recovering, we are not able to do our work for months. Therefore, we should always take proper care of our health. We should not do anything which may cause harm to health. We should not worry unnecessarily. We must take milk and fruits, we should clean our teeth, massage our body. We should take our bath in clean water everyday. If we take these precautions, we shall never fall ill.

          Hiking provides the greatest pleasure to a man, whether you go by yourself or in the company of others. Some people prefer to go alone because then they can think calmly and quietly on many serious problems of the day. Mahathma Gandhi was one of them.
